A. Training Terms and Conditions

1. Personal belongings. Students, parents and guardians are responsible for safeguarding their own belongings. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ONXON Badminton Club and ONXON Badminton Sports shall not be responsible for belongings that are lost, misplaced, damaged or left behind at the training venue.
2. Conduct, fitness and safety. ONXON Badminton Club and ONXON Badminton Sports reserve the right, on reasonable safety or disciplinary grounds, to suspend or exclude a student from any lesson or class if the student breaches these conditions, is considered unfit to participate safely, poses a danger to themselves or others, or displays abusive, unsafe or disruptive behaviour.
3. Access to the play area. Only students registered for the relevant course or class may enter the play area. Parents, guardians and visitors must remain in designated areas unless authorised by a coach or ONXON personnel.
4. Failure to follow conditions or instructions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ONXON Badminton Club and ONXON Badminton Sports shall not be liable for an incident caused by a student’s, parent’s or guardian’s breach of these conditions, failure to follow reasonable safety instructions, or unauthorised entry into the play area. Nothing in this clause excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Training fees. Training fees are paid by calendar month, from the first to the last day of the month, and are non-transferable and non-refundable, including for absence, withdrawal or any other personal circumstance, except where otherwise agreed in writing by ONXON or required by applicable law.
6. Sports attire. Students must wear appropriate sports attire and non-marking shoes.
7. Student health. A student who is unwell, injured or otherwise unable to participate safely must not attend or participate in training. The student, parent or guardian must inform the coach as soon as reasonably possible.
8. Communication during class. Parents and guardians must not interrupt or communicate with coaches during class hours, except in an emergency or where an immediate safety concern arises. All routine matters should be discussed before or after the class.

B. Parent/Guardian/Student Declaration and Authorisation

1. Authority to make this Declaration. I confirm that I am either the student, if legally able to provide this Declaration, or the student’s authorised parent or guardian. I confirm that the information submitted in this registration is complete and accurate to the best of my knowledge.
2. Fitness to participate. To the best of my knowledge and belief, the student is physically and mentally able to participate safely in badminton lessons and related activities. I approve the student’s participation and undertake to inform ONXON of any relevant health condition, injury or change that may affect safe participation.
3. Media permission. I grant ONXON Badminton Club and ONXON Badminton Sports permission to record and use the student’s name, image, photographs, video, voice and words in television, radio, film, newspapers, magazines, social media, websites and other communication materials for legitimate documentation, publicity, promotional and communication purposes during and after the student’s enrolment, without compensation.
4. Emergency medical treatment. If a medical emergency arises while the student is participating in an ONXON activity and I am not present or cannot be contacted promptly, I authorise ONXON Badminton Club and ONXON Badminton Sports coaches or personnel to take reasonable measures on my behalf to obtain appropriate emergency medical treatment, including ambulance services and hospitalisation, where considered necessary to protect the student’s health and well-being.
5. Non-emergency care and basic first aid. If a non-emergency medical situation arises while the student is participating in an ONXON activity and I am not present or cannot be contacted promptly, I authorise ONXON coaches or personnel, acting within the limits of their training and certification, to provide basic first aid. Any non-prescription medication may be provided only where reasonably considered appropriate and safe based on the information made available to ONXON.
